COMPANY CAR POLICY/VEHICLE POLICY: Vehicle Requisition

2.2 Vehicle Requisition for Second Lift Services
A Second Lift Service will be provided for employees who stay past official working hours, except during the month of Ramadan. The Second Lift vehicles will leave Sonata premises according to the site specific Second Lift Time, as outlined in the table above. Employees who wish to avail the Second Lift Service for that day must pick up a Vehicle Requisition for Second Lift Form from the Human Resources Division office, have it approved by their Department Head, and return the form to Human Resources Division by 3:00 pm of the same day.

2.3 Route Change
For any changes to their current pick up and drop off route, an employee must fill out the “Vehicle Route Change Form” available at the Human Resources Division. Requests must be approved by the employee’s Department Head, and will be filled out based on seat availability. The employee will be informed whether their route change has been accepted within 1 (one) week of submitting the form.

2.4 Sixth Day Pick and Drop Services
A Sixth Day Pick and Drop Service will be available for the sixth working day of the week upon request. The Sixth Day Pick and Drop Service will run on Saturdays for the Head Office and Fridays for Plant 1 and Thursdays for  Plant 2 employees. The vehicles will arrive at Sonata Head Office by 10:00 am and leave the premises by 4:00 pm. Sixth Day Pick and Drop Service time for Plants will be as per need basis.

Employees who wish to avail the Sixth Day Pick and Drop Service must pick up a Vehicle Requisition for Sixth Day Form from the Human Resources Division office, have it approved by their Department Head, and return the form to Human Resources Division by 3:00 pm on the preceding Thursday for the Head Office, and 3:00 pm on the preceding Wednesday for Plants.
