Morality is a code of values to guide man’s choices and actions that determine the purpose and the course of his life. To be a man of morality, a person should have many ethical qualities.More or less, to become a man of morality, a person might have the following:
- Honesty in words and deeds is in prime position.
- Men should be truthful in what he says and should be honest in what he does.
- His actions should not contradict what he really believes.
- He should not give the impression that he is intent on doing a particular thing whereas he really wants to do something else.
- He should also keep his promises and never break his words.
- A Man should be sincere with his God and should be honest in his dealings with others.
- He should not do anything God has forbidden behind his back.
- Man should be generous and give liberally to the poor and needy people.
- He should protect those things which should be protected and guarded like religion, country, and reputation etc.
- Cooperation in good works is another moral quality of a man.
- The greater this cooperation, the more life will get better and the more society will progress.
- A man, in all his dealings, must show justice whether they are personal, family or social.
- Other qualities of a man may be Prudence, High-mindedness, Perseverance, Empathy, Sympathy, Loyalty etc.
