5.0 Company Vehicle Policy Enforcement and Pick and Drop Form
5.1 Decisions made by the Head of Human Resources Department will be final, in case of any dispute or discrepancy of interpretation of the Company Vehicle Policy.
5.2 Employees can propose changes in the existing policy only in writing, addressed to the Head of Human Resources Department. After evaluation, the proposal may be forwarded to the Managing Director, who stands as the sole authority for any amendment of this vehicle Policy.
5.3 Management reserves the right to change the company vehicle policy at their sole discretion.
5.4 This company vehicle policy comes into effect from November 1, 2012.
