Lenovo has just introduced a new machine to cut the semi nomadic players, with a 17-inch screen to boot, that is Lenovo Y70 Touch. At a time not so long ago, it was impossible to play on a laptop. At least in good conditions. Fortunately, things have changed and the manufacturers and interested more in this segment.
Lenovo has just lifted the veil on a new bike especially interesting: the Lenovo Y70 Touch.
Aesthetically speaking, it resembles the latest Alienware, but with a more discreet dress and angles less pronounced. In reality, it is much less visible than its competitors. Is it an asset? Hard to say, it all depends on what you are looking for.
More than adequate technical specifications for an affordable price
Its main asset is its screen. It actually reaches the 17.3-inch touchscreen with a 10–point for a type Full HD 1080p 1920 × 1080 either. Just above, we will find a front camera capable of shooting 720p. Ideal for video conferencing. The backlit keyboard is obviously the game, and for the wide multi-gesture touchpad.
As often, the Lenovo Y70 Touch comes in several versions. The entry-level configuration is offered to 1399 dollars on the web with an Intel Core processor clocked i7-4710HQ at 2.5GHz, 8GB of RAM in DDR3L (1600 MHz), an Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M with 2GB DDR5 memory and a 1TB hard drive (5400 t / m) with an 8GB SSD for the operating system.
Add to that the WiFi 802.11 b / g / n / ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and a battery of four cells, battery carrying 5 hours of theoretical autonomy to all.
